Robin Latiolais Bayer

Robin Latiolais Bayer currently serves as the Texas Strategic Leadership Liaison at Region 10 ESC since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Learning Officer, Executive Director of Intervention Services, and Executive Director of MTSS at Irving ISD from March 2022 to July 2024. Previous positions at Irving Independent School District included Director of Professional and Digital Learning, Principal, Assistant Principal, and 5th Grade Math and Science Teacher from July 2007 to January 2022. Additionally, Robin was a Theater Arts Teacher at Dallas Children's Theater from August 2004 to July 2006. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a minor in Technology Innovation and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from The University of Dallas.
