Flemming Madsen

Flemming Madsen is an experienced professional in the field of pharmacy and management, currently serving as Chef for Kvalitet at Region Hovedstadens Apotek since October 2023. Prior to this role, Madsen worked as an Independent Consultant at Madsen Etc, focusing on leadership development and education from November 2021 to October 2023. From August 2010 to October 2021, Madsen held the position of Head of Department of Pharmacy at Det Sundhedsvidenskabelige Fakultet, Københavns Universitet, where responsibilities included strategic and organizational development for a department of 180 employees. Madsen's earlier roles include Head of Medical Delivery Systems at Coloplast and Senior Scientist/Associate Professor at the Institut for Analytisk og Farmaceutisk Kemi, Danmarks Farmaceutiske Højskole.
