Jesper Lund Hansen

Jesper Lund Hansen has extensive experience in IT management, particularly in the health sector, serving as the IT Service Desk Manager for Region Midtjylland from February 2008 to July 2015. In this role, Jesper led the IT Service Desk, supporting over 35,000 employees with a commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. Jesper previously worked as an IT Coordinator and Project Leader, ensuring that users had the appropriate IT access. Prior to Region Midtjylland, Jesper held positions at DSB, including Sous Chef and Steward, demonstrating a robust background in operations and team management.
