Josh Graham

Josh Graham has extensive experience in development and portfolio management, currently serving as Associate Director at the Region of Waterloo since April 2012. Previous roles within the same organization include Manager of Corridor Planning and Supervisor of Corridor Management, among others. Prior to this, Josh held positions in project management and engineering at C3 Environmental Limited and IBI Group. Josh began a career in construction management as a Bridge Construction Manager at Maloney and Pepping Construction. Educationally, Josh earned a degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a focus on Structural and Environmental from Conestoga College between 2003 and 2007.
