Between January 2013 and September 2020, Mr. Fisher served as General Counsel and Secretary of Regional. Prior to joining Regional, Mr. Fisher was an attorney in the Corporate and Securities practice group of Womble Carlyle Sandridge and Rice, LLP (now known as Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP) from 2009 to 2013. Mr. Fisher holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Furman University and a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
