Anthony Sabia, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at RTD, Anthony previously held the position of Director of Human Resources Services at Frontier Airlines. At Xcel Energy, Anthony worked as a Principal Compensation Consultant, and prior to that, served as Manager of Compensation at Frontier Airlines. Additionally, Anthony was the Managing Member at MVP Staffing, showcasing a strong background in both corporate and staffing environments.
