Paddy Dowling is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the banking and finance sector, specializing in corporate banking risk, operations, and credit underwriting. At Regions Financial Corporation, Paddy served as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking Risk, overseeing a team of over 600 professionals and driving initiatives for process efficiency and regulatory compliance. Previously, Paddy held key roles at Deutsche Bank, including Director and North American Head of Leveraged & Structured Finance Credit, and Vice President positions in Debt Restructuring and Leveraged Loan Portfolio Management.
