Gregory Tugendhat has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Gregory started their career as a Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road in 2003, where they achieved and surpassed annual sales targets. Gregory then worked as a Sales Manager at Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, where they played a key role in the successful opening of a luxury boutique hotel. In 2004, they became the Director of Culinary Inspirations, a role they held until 2006. At George Green's School, they worked as a Project Manager, securing funding and setting up a vocational training restaurant. Gregory went on to work in various sales and marketing roles at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, including Area Director of Sales & Marketing in Cambodia and Director of Sales & Marketing in Poland. Gregory then joined Accor as the Director of Sales & Distribution for Luxembourg. In 2017, they became the General Manager at Goeres Hotels Luxembourg before taking on the position of Managing Director at RegiÔtels. Currently, Gregory Tugendhat is a Teacher at École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg.

Gregory Tugendhat completed an Advanced Certification in Hospitality Marketing at Cornell University in 2010. Earlier, they pursued an MA (with Distinction) in Marketing at London Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2007. Gregory also holds a Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Institut Lyfe (Ex-Institut Paul Bocuse) where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Gregory's education history began at Worth Abbey from 1991 to 1996, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
