Efthimios has extensive experience in law enforcement and academia. Currently serving as a Sergeant at the Weston Police Department since December 2006, Efthimios supervises sworn and civilian personnel and oversees the FTO Program. In addition to police duties, Efthimios is involved in education, holding positions as an Adjunct Lecturer at Regis College and as a Senior Adjunct Instructor at Fisher College since January 2017, teaching various criminal justice courses. Efthimios also serves as a Per Diem Instructor at Northern Essex Community College, and has previously taught at the Lowell Police Academy and the University of Massachusetts Lowell. With advanced degrees in Public Administration and Criminal Justice Leadership, along with a solid foundation in Criminal Justice studies, Efthimios is well-qualified in both practical and educational dimensions of the field.
