Ron LeClair Jr. currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Athletic Trainer at Regis College since August 2017. Prior to this role, Ron was an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Brandeis University from October 2011 to August 2017, where responsibilities included designing periodized strength and conditioning programs and managing athlete care. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Miami from August 2006 to October 2011, where Ron contributed to teams such as women's soccer and baseball and was involved in inventory, purchasing, and budgeting. Ron's career began at St. Sebastian's School as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and P.E. Teacher, and included internships with the New England Patriots, earning championship titles in Super Bowl XXXVI and XXXVIII. Ron holds a Master's degree in Sport Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Northeastern University.
