Sophie George is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights and market research. Currently serving as the Customer Insights Manager at Registers of Scotland since September 2022, Sophie previously held roles at Scottish Water as the Customer Insights Projects Lead and at Teleperformance, where responsibilities included customer experience management and analysis.
