Caitlin Pennington has extensive experience in quality management and healthcare, currently serving as Quality Manager at Registry Partners since October 2018, with previous roles as Quality Analyst and Project CTR. Prior experience includes working as a Cancer Registrar at Riverside Health System from August 2016 to November 2022 and serving in various capacities at Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. from November 2012 to July 2016, including Front Office Representative and Physical Therapy Aide. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Hampton University, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Rappahannock Community College, completed from 2009 to 2012.
