Currently serving in a Human Resources role at Rego Consulting since November 2021, Susie previously held significant positions including Director of People at Girl Scouts of Utah, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and participating in strategic planning. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Development at Bask Technology, Inc., where organizational planning was a key focus, and HR Generalist at Helix Education, managing various HR functions. Early career roles at Select Portfolio Servicing and Starwood Hotels & Resorts provided foundational HR skills, including recruitment and administrative support. Susie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Washington State University.
