Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from the University of St.Gallen, an Executive MBA from Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern, and various diplomas in sales and marketing from Swiss Marketing Institute and SAWI Academy. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Neuchâtel and completed an Intensive English Program at California State University, Northridge.
