Yuanpei (Kean) Gao is an experienced environmental scientist who currently works at Regrow Ag as a Team Lead and Soil Carbon Scientist. Prior to this, Yuanpei worked at the University of Guelph as a Graduate Research Assistant where they conducted research on greenhouse gas emissions and analyzed large datasets. Before that, they worked as a Research Technician at the University of Alberta, gaining experience in agronomy, soil science, and greenhouse gas research. Yuanpei holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science - Agricultural Meteorology from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor's Degree in Land Reclamation, Environmental and Conservation Sciences from the University of Alberta.
