Chad ONeal

Chad O'Neal has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Chad currently works as a Contract Full Stack Web Developer at RegScale, where they provide support to senior developers and focuses on expanding their knowledge in full-stack development. Before transitioning to web development, Chad spent over two decades in sales and negotiation, bringing a unique perspective to the technology field. Chad has worked as a Sales Consultant at Hullco, guiding clients in home remodeling projects, and as a Senior Sales Consultant at CarMax, where they excelled in reading human behavior to establish rapport and meet customer expectations. Chad's earlier roles include working as an Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative at Skuffletown Promotions and as an Assistant Branch Manager at SunTrust Bank.

Chad ONeal attended Bellevue University from 2021 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Web Development. Their field of study focused on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Prior to that, Chad studied at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
