Finola O'Leary is an experienced Learning Designer with a diverse background in instructional design across multiple organizations and educational settings. Currently employed at Rehab Group since August 2022, Finola previously held positions at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Teaching and Learning Experience Designer from July 2010 to October 2020, where Finola led key projects in K–12 digital products, focusing on science, math, literature, and social studies. Finola contributed to the development of interactive learning experiences, including digital e-books and multimedia resources. Earlier roles included Lead Instructional Designer at Folens Publishing Company, where Finola crafted digital learning approaches for new programs, and Learning Manager at Interactive Services, specializing in e-learning content for Fortune 500 companies. Finola's educational qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Human Computer Interaction and User Experience from Maynooth University, a Master of Education in Lifelong Learning from Open University, a Higher Diploma in Education from University of Galway, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computing from University of Limerick.
