Barbara Rrapo has extensive experience in the healthcare recruitment sector, currently serving as the Head of Growth and Development at Rehability UK since October 2021. Previously, Barbara held the position of Recruitment Manager at Medbank Healthcare from April 2015 to October 2021, where the focus was on delivering high-quality staffing solutions, including Registered Nurses, Support Workers, and Care Assistants, to various private clients in the West Midlands. Before that, Barbara was a Care Manager at Phemacare from February 2013 to April 2015, further building expertise in healthcare management and staffing.
