Nidhi Khajuria

Nidhi Khajuria is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at REI Systems since April 2013, having previously held the position of Senior HR Generalist. Prior to this role, Nidhi worked at Essar as Senior Manager HR, where responsibilities included establishing and directing the “HR SWAT” team focusing on strategic HR initiatives such as Corporate Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Talent Acquisition at Reliance Communications, managing the recruitment process for middle and senior management positions. Nidhi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Loyola College.
