Vinay Kansal

Vinay Kansal is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business value through customer-focused solutions. Currently, at REI Systems since February 2021, Vinay oversees program delivery, budget management, and risk issues while implementing SAFe Agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Vinay held multiple program management positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included transforming technology landscapes for major nonprofit health plans and consolidating legacy applications into modern enterprise platforms. Vinay's earlier experience at Wipro Technologies involved delivering critical projects using Scrum methodologies. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
