Emma Minto (she/her/hers) serves the co-op as chief strategy officer. She brings more than two decades of experience leading transformative strategy and growth across global consumer brands. As CSO, she is responsible for setting the strategic vision, improving operations and unlocking long-term growth in an ever-evolving retail landscape.

Prior to joining the co-op, Emma served as Vice President of Business Transformation Initiatives at Nike, where she led a successful global effort to accelerate product delivery and unlock growth. She’s also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas at Crocs, where she oversaw all operations across the region, including the development of long-range strategic plans.

Emma’s strategic vision is rooted in a deep understanding of brand, product, and marketplace dynamics. She has led teams through hypergrowth, built centers of excellence, and championed inclusive product innovation, serving in both general management and functional leadership roles. Her work has consistently delivered measurable impact—from regaining market leadership in key categories to reshaping consumer experiences across retail and digital channels.

Emma is based in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling with her family. She serves on the boards of Dress for Success Oregon and Jesuit High School, Portland. She has a BComm from Queen's University, Canada, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
