Ingrid Ballard

Ingrid Ballard has over two decades of experience in IT and program management, currently serving as an IT Enterprise Program Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and Security Engineering at REI since May 2000. Ingrid has successfully transformed the Enterprise System Delivery intake process, implemented Kanban principles, and ensured work transparency across teams. Previous roles include Senior Process Lead for Retail Master Data and Pricing, Sr. SAP Process Analyst, and Business Analyst, where Ingrid facilitated cross-divisional projects and enhancements for SAP/Master Data, driving operational improvements.
