Mary Laughton

Mary Laughton currently serves as President and CEO of REI since February 2025 and is a Board Member at Instacart since August 2024. Previously, Mary held the position of Head of Nike Global Direct to Consumer from August 2023 to January 2025 and was a Board Member at Impossible Foods, contributing to the Finance & Audit Committee and Compensation Committee from August 2020 to August 2024. Mary led Athleta as President and CEO from October 2019 to April 2023, focusing on creating premium fitness apparel for women and girls. Mary holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
