Paolo Mottola

Paolo Mottola possesses extensive experience in brand marketing and communication leadership, currently serving as Divisional Vice President of Brand Marketing at REI, following roles as Director of Brand and Content Marketing and Director of Content Marketing. In addition to a robust career in the corporate sector, Paolo has contributed to academia as Senior Affiliate Faculty and Affiliate Faculty in Communication Leadership at the University of Washington, as well as Associate Faculty in the Business Division at Edmonds College. Previous professional roles include Social Media Lead at Eddie Bauer and various positions at Weber Shandwick, including Senior Account Executive and Account Executive. Paolo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Western Washington University and furthered education at the University of Washington between 2008 and 2010.
