Rachael Hatcher

Rachael Hatcher is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in managing national retail clients from concept design to implementation. Currently serving as Manager in the Project Management Organization at REI since October 2020, Rachael previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at CallisonRTKL from January 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included contract creation, team management, and scheduling to ensure successful project delivery. Rachael has a diverse background in interior design, having worked on various international and domestic projects at Callison, and has held roles at notable firms such as AT&T Mobility, SmithGroup, Perkins+Will, and Smallwood Reynolds Stewart Stewart. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati and has further international education experience from Denmark International School.
