Shawn Crawford

Shawn Crawford is a seasoned professional in software engineering and business intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Business Intelligence at REI since October 2017. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst and a Software Engineer, Shawn has significantly contributed to the Retail Infrastructure group by collaborating with IT and retail partners to enhance business capabilities. Prior experience at Point Inside involved managing retail business operations and product development, driving improvements in the retail experience through data-driven decision-making. Shawn’s foundation in the industry was established at Costco Wholesale, where roles ranged from IS Business Relationship Analyst to Produce Supervisor. Shawn holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Strategy from Western Governors University and has certifications in Business Analysis from The George Washington University. A Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management and Supervision was earned from Western Washington University.
