Complex multi-party litigation essentially gave birth to Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, P.C. Our firm represents various companies sued in long term exposure cases involving asbestos, silica, welding rod, lead paint and solvents in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The firm represents several different clients in thousands of cases in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware asbestos litigations. The firm serves as National Coordinating and Trial Counsel for three of those clients and Regional Trial Counsel for two others.

While the diversity of the practice has increased, our efforts remain firmly based in insurance defense. Our clients include insurers, corporations, municipalities and individuals in a broad variety of litigation matters.
