Currently serving as Regional Manager at Reinders Inc. since December 1993, Dean has also held the position of Territory Manager during this tenure. Prior to this, Dean was a Technical Representative at The Scotts Company from March 1997 to December 1998. Dean's educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1981 to 1984.
