Tom Golden is an experienced executive with a background in finance and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at Reinders Inc., a family-owned distribution company since 1866, Tom has held significant leadership positions, including Executive Vice President, CFO, and Secretary/Treasurer at M3 Insurance, Wisconsin's largest privately held commercial insurance agency, from April 2005 to December 2021. Additionally, Tom served on the Board of Directors for Temperature Systems Inc. from October 2009 to December 2011 and was the Senior Vice President and CFO at First Supply LLC from June 1988 to February 2005. Tom holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business.
