Isabelle Guéguen has extensive work experience in the fields of public relations, communications, and events. Isabelle is currently the Global Head of PR & Influence at Relais & Châteaux. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Sérendipité Conseil. Isabelle also held significant positions at CHANEL, where they served as the Director of International Events and Press & Influence Tools. Before joining CHANEL, they worked as the International Public Relations Director at COTY PRESTIGE. Isabelle has also worked at L'Oréal as the International Communications Director and as the Press & Public Relations Manager. Their earlier career includes roles as the Communications Manager at PATAGONIA and as a Junior Project Manager at the Committee for the Albertville 1992 Winter Olympic Games.

Isabelle Guéguen completed their Bachelor of Languages degree from ESTRI Ecole Supérieure de Traduction et Relations Internationales from 1985 to 1989. Their field of study included English, Spanish, and German. In 1986, they also briefly attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where they studied foreign languages without earning a degree.
