Amy Romero

Amy Romero has a diverse work experience in various roles within the operations and guest experience field. Amy started their career in 2004 at the Big Apple Circus, where they held multiple managerial positions. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Manager of Group Tours at the Museum of the City of New York. In 2012, they joined Field Station: Dinosaurs as a Manager of the Box Office. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, initially as a Manager of Operations in Visitor Services and later as a Senior Manager of Operations at The Met Breuer. Amy then joined National Geographic Encounter in 2017 as the Director of Guest Experience. Currently, Amy is a part of the Hudson Yards Experiences team at Related Companies. Amy started as the Director of Operations in November 2018 and was promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations in May 2019.

Amy Romero has a background in business, management, and economics from SUNY Empire State College. Amy also completed the Metropolitan Museum of Art Executive Development Program at Columbia Business School.
