John Wiswall

John Wiswall is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in propulsion test engineering. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at Relativity Space since January 2021, John has led engine development testing for the Aeon-R and overseen team scaling and operational engineering. John's previous roles at Relativity Space included Manager and Lead Test Engineer, where efforts focused on team expansion and conducting significant test campaigns, including the inaugural launch of Terran-1. Prior to Relativity Space, John spent eight years at SpaceX, where responsibilities ranged from leading test engineering teams to serving as primary test director for Falcon Stage 2. John's foundational experience includes research at NASA and a mechanical engineering internship at The Marco Company. John holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.
