Kate Potts

Kate Potts currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Development at Relativity Space, having started in August 2023, and previously held the position of Senior Program Manager for Leadership Development. Prior to that, Kate worked at AT&T as Principal in the Technology Development Program from May 2022 to August 2023 and at MediaAlpha as Senior Manager of Learning & Development from July 2020 to April 2022. Earlier roles included Manager of Training and Organizational Development at Core Digital Media, Senior Leadership Development Specialist and Leadership Development Specialist at Quicken Loans Family of Companies, and various positions in educational settings, including School Counselor at Smith Middle School and Graduate Assistant at Oakland University. Kate holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Michigan-Flint, complemented by a study abroad program in French language and political science at Le Collège International de Cannes.
