Marcin Mazanek

Marcin Mazanek is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the HR Business Partner for the Tech Hub at Relativity since June 2019. Previously, Marcin held various roles at Relativity, including Talent Acquisition Lead for Software Engineering, AI, and Cyber Security, and Talent Acquisition Manager (interim). Before joining Relativity, Marcin worked at IAG GBS as IT Recruitment Process & Team Lead and gained experience as a Growth & IT Recruiter at SmartRecruiters. Marcin also has a background in IT recruitment from Sabre Corporation and IBM Smarter Workforce, as well as earlier roles in human resources at Alexander Mann Solutions and Aon. Marcin holds two Master's degrees from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera, one in Human Resources Management and Intercultural Communication, and the other in International Project Management.
