Nikoline Stefansen

Nikoline Stefansen is a professional with a focus on talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition & Operations Associate at Relesys since August 2025, Nikoline previously held the position of HR Student Analyst at Urban Partners from January 2023 to August 2024 and worked as an HR Student Assistant at Nordisk Råd og Nordisk Ministerråd from January 2022 to February 2023. Initial experience includes a role as a Kunderådgiver at YouSee in late 2019. Nikoline is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at Copenhagen Business School, expected to be completed in June 2025, and participated in a semester abroad at Hawaii Pacific University, focusing on leadership and talent management.
