Carine Pradet

Carine PRADET is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at RELEX Solutions since May 2022, Carine is responsible for managing the HRIS Sympa software, overseeing data management, compliance with data privacy regulations, and process improvement initiatives. Previous roles at RELEX Solutions include supporting payroll and operational tasks for the EMEA South region and providing backup support for APAC and Nordic payrolls. Carine's prior experience includes positions as an Early Childhood Teacher at Arcenciel Oy and a Buyer and Human Resources Manager with the French Ministry of National Education, where Carine managed comprehensive administrative and payroll functions for a significant number of state agents. Carine holds a Master of Engineering in automotive engineering from ENSTA and master's and bachelor's degrees in Physics from Université de Bordeaux and the University of Bristol, respectively.
