Robert Jenkins

Robert Jenkins serves as the Vice President of Customer Success EMEA at RELEX Solutions, leading a team of Customer Success professionals across the region since April 2021. Previously, Robert held various roles at Morrisons, including Head of Supply Chain (Development) and Senior Technology Manager, where management of complex projects and programs took precedence. Prior experience includes positions such as Associate Director at SQS Group, where Robert managed programs for FTSE100 retailers, and Test Manager roles at Sopra Steria focusing on the Cooperative Banking Group. Early career experience at Capital One involved overseeing IT Quality Services and operations systems. Robert holds an MSc in Economic Geography from the University of Birmingham and a BA Honours in Humanities from the University of South Wales.
