Tom Croucher is a seasoned marketing and customer success professional with extensive experience in the SaaS technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Global Account Based Marketing Manager for RELEX Solutions since February 2024, Tom previously held the position of Go-to-Market & Product Marketing Director at DWCC, where responsibilities included leading a team of Solutions Consultants to develop effective go-to-market strategies for various SaaS companies. Tom's career at DWCC included roles such as Global Customer Success Director, Practice Lead & Regional Head - USA, and Customer Success & Sales Development, where Tom enabled companies to achieve rapid international growth and build revenue-generating pipelines.
