Dwayne Fewless has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Dwayne started their career in 1993 as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps, serving for seven years. In 2000, they transitioned to the private sector and worked at One Communications (formerly Choice One) in various roles such as Repair Technician, Tech Support, and Repair Manager.

In 2005, Dwayne joined Michigan Microtech as an Installer/Repair Technician and later moved to Alternative Entertainment Inc. (AEI) in the same role. Dwayne then joined Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative as a System Operator in 2005, where they worked until 2010.

In 2010, Dwayne joined Midcontinent Independent System Operator as a Technical Trainer, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Trainer until 2013. Dwayne then joined ITC Holdings Corp. as a Senior Trainer and later as a Senior Compliance Analyst from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Dwayne started working at BRIDGE Energy Group as a Consultant, specifically as an NERC CIP Compliance Process Analyst for a few months. Dwayne then joined ReliabilityFirst Corporation in 2015 as a Reliability Consultant, where they participated in Assist Visit activities, Appraisal activities, and helped prepare organizations for certification.

Within ReliabilityFirst Corporation, Dwayne further progressed in their career and held multiple roles. Dwayne worked as a Senior Analyst in Event Analysis & Situational Awareness from 2017 to 2019, and currently holds the position of Principal Analyst in the same field since December 2019.

Dwayne Fewless obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2020. In 1999, Dwayne received a Certificate in Senior Leadership after completing the Sergeants Course at USMC. Dwayne also obtained a Certificate in Leadership from the Corporals Course at USMC in 1997. Dwayne's education journey began at Heritage Christian School, where they completed their General Studies and obtained a Diploma from 1989 to 1993.
