Amy Takeda

Amy Takeda is a skilled technical communications professional with extensive experience in producing technical documentation and publications at Reliance Foundry Co. Ltd. since June 2017. As the founder of Blue Moku Publishing, Amy advocates for equal access to literacy through independently published storybooks available in various educational settings. Amy also serves as a writing instructor for creative writing programs at the City of Richmond, fostering inclusive learning environments that enhance critical thinking and confidence among students. Previously, Amy held the position of Vice President of Communications for the BCIT Engineering Students' Society and has experience as an English instructor and elementary teacher. Amy holds a Technical Writing certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
