Rudraksha Wadekar

Rudraksha Wadekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as Senior General Manager - Projects at Reliance Industries Limited since August 2023, Rudraksha previously held the position of Track Lead - Product Management at Reliance BP Mobility Limited from June 2021 to August 2023. Rudraksha's tenure at Reliance Industries Limited from May 2011 to June 2021 as Senior Manager for Operations and Claims included recognition in the Career Acceleration Program (CAP 2017) and successful leadership in the automation of finance and budget monitoring systems. Earlier experience includes roles at ArvinMeritor as a Summer Intern, where a pricing and forecasting model was developed, and at Larsen & Toubro Limited in project management and planning.
