Vikrant Garg

Vikrant Garg is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in leading digital initiatives and process improvement within supply chain planning. Currently serving as DGM of Supply Chain at Reliance Industries Limited since June 2023, Vikrant drives digital projects. Previously, as Project Manager for SCM IT at Optym, Vikrant developed SaaS-based solutions to enhance supply chain operations while ensuring project success through Agile methodologies. At Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., Vikrant held the position of Senior Manager in SCM Operations, overseeing logistics for the fertilizer and specialty chemicals sectors and playing a crucial role in SAP S4H implementation. Earlier experience at Ambuja Cements Ltd as S&OP Manager involved leading the S&OP process for the northern region, focusing on demand and supply planning as well as logistics excellence. Vikrant holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, a B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, and a PGDEx in Emerging Technologies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
