Starting with Future Shock Consultants Limited in 2005, Eniola served as a Junior Consultant until 2008.
In 2008, Eniola joined Vetiva Capital Management Limited where they took on the responsibility of developing and maintaining an ERP system to cover the company's core business operations and other operational processes. This role lasted until 2014.
In 2015, Eniola moved to Griffin Solutions Limited as the Team Lead, Executive Director, and Lead Developer. They were tasked with developing and maintaining an ERP system that catered to the needs of the company's principals and Capital Market Operators. Eniola's role focused on automating brokerage, investment management operations, and general business processes until 2018.
From 2018, Eniola has been working at Reliance Infosystems in various roles. They started as the Business Applications Lead until 2020 when they were promoted to Group Head of Data Excellence. In 2022, they further progressed to become the Group Vice President of Data Excellence, where they are currently employed.

Eniola Benjamin-Ade holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos.
