Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Manager of Applications Development at the same company. Earlier in Jim's career, experience included roles as a Programmer/Analyst at Pep Boys from 1992 to 1994 and at Conrail from 1989 to 1992, where Jim contributed to programming and analytical tasks.
