Luce Giroux has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting in 1991 as an Actuary at Les Services Actuariels SAI inc. Luce then moved on to The Standard, where they held the roles of 2nd VP Associate Actuary and 2nd VP Products Services from 1998 to 2011. Following that, they joined EPIC Life Insurance as VP, Insurance Services, overseeing various departments and responsibilities until 2014. Luce currently holds positions at Reliance Standard, starting as AVP Actuarial in 2014, then VP Actuarial in 2018, and currently serving as SVP Actuarial & Chief Pricing Actuary.
Luce Giroux completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Université de Montréal between 1988 and 1991. Luce later obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from Portland State University, studying from 2007 to 2009.
