Shera Chase has a diverse work experience. Shera worked at Reliance Matrix from 2017, starting as a Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations, then advancing to AVP, and finally becoming the VP in January 2022. Before that, they were the National Director of Employee Benefits & HRIS at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from May 2016 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held roles at Atlas Energy as the Director and Manager of Employee Benefits from 2012 to 2016. Shera started their career as a Benefits Specialist at Susquehanna International Group, LLP from January 2007 to August 2012. Before that, they worked as a Consultant in the Health and Welfare Group Consulting department at Mercer from May 2002 to January 2007.
