Currently serving as a Pilot Program Manager at Relish Works since July 2018, Rumaisa is responsible for creating and executing pilot plans and analyzing success metrics for new business initiatives. As Founder of Change Reactor and Entrepreneur in Residence at Platform Calgary, Rumaisa demonstrates a commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. Previous roles include Head of Operational Strategy at Doright Dinner, where effective strategies for growth and customer experience were developed, and Creative Strategy Lead at Proleadsoft, overseeing mobile and web project lifecycles. Rumaisa's career also includes founding a profitable brand, managing Google-sponsored tech incubators, and leading creative teams in UX/UI design across various high-profile projects. Educated at institutions such as California College of the Arts and Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, Rumaisa holds an MBA in Design Strategy and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design.
