Erika Strauss

Erika Strauss, MSEd, is a seasoned professional in the education and relocation consulting fields, currently serving as a Relocation Consultant at Relocity, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Erika operated EJS Consulting, assisting parents with Special Education frameworks and advocating in 504 and IEP meetings from July 2021 to May 2023. With experience as the Associate Director of College Counseling at Verto Education and as a College Counselor at Fusion Academy, Erika developed impactful counseling programs that significantly improved student and parent satisfaction. Erika began a career in education as a Substitute Teacher at White Plains High School and also held early roles in marketing and assistance at WBCN and The Sporting News. Erika earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree from Boston College.
