Paul Lawrence

Paul Lawrence is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical delivery, customer success, and procurement. Currently serving as a Technical Delivery Manager and Customer Success Manager at Reltio since December 2021, Paul has also held various leadership roles at CROSSHALL INFANT SCHOOL ACADEMY TRUST, including Vice Chair of Governors and Chair of the Curriculum, Pupil Welfare and Admissions Committee. Prior experience includes significant roles at Rosslyn Data Technologies as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Interim Head of Customer Success, and at Coupa Software, where Paul worked as a Customer Adoption Manager and Senior Data Analyst. Earlier positions include Director at Knowledge Through Analysis Limited and procurement roles at Allied Bakeries, Tesco, and Spend360. Paul holds multiple CIPS diplomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Network Technology.
