Udo Zimmer was born in Trier in 1962 and studied business administration. He was CFO/CEO of the listed AUGUSTA Technologie AG from 1996 to 2007. He then worked for several years as a Management Consultant or CFO for various industrial companies in special and exceptional situations before joining REMA TIP TOP AG as CFO in 2016. From 2018 to 2019 he was also Chairman of the Executive Board. Udo Zimmer is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of InTiCa Systems AG in Passau.
